Welcome to Nyndro support. Here you'll find answers to common questions and ways to get help.
Tap the "+" button on the Practices tab. You can choose from predefined Ngöndro practices or create a custom practice with your own name, goal, and color.
Open a practice and tap "Start Session". Then simply tap anywhere on the screen to count. Each tap adds the number of repetitions you've configured (default is 1, but you can set it to 108 for one mala round).
During a counting session, tap the number display at the top to change how many repetitions are added per tap. You can choose common values like 1, 7, 21, or 108, or enter a custom value.
In the History tab or in a practice's history view, swipe left on any entry to reveal the delete option.
Go to Settings → Export Data. You can export your data as JSON (for backup/restore) or CSV (for spreadsheets). Use the Import feature to restore from a JSON backup.
Open a practice, tap the menu (three dots), and select "Reminders". You can add daily, weekly, or one-time reminders for each practice.
Based on your practice patterns, Nyndro estimates when you'll complete your goal. The "Most likely" date uses your average pace, while "Optimistic" and "Pessimistic" show best and worst case scenarios.
